Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled CNC & VMC Setter to set up and operate CNC/VMC machines for production activities. The candidate should have knowledge of machine setting, tooling, offset correction, and quality checking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and operate CNC & VMC machines
- Perform tool setting and offset adjustments
- Read engineering drawings and process sheets
- Ensure production quality as per standards
- Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime
- Maintain safety and housekeeping in the work area
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 1–5 years of experience in CNC/VMC setting & operation
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and machining processes
- Ability to work in shifts
