Job Title: Salesforce QA Engineer

Location: Indore, India

Experience: 2+ Years

About the Role:

We are looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer with 2+ years of experience to join our Indore team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications through thorough testing, bug identification, and validation of business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute test cases for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Custom Apps).
- Perform manual and automation testing to validate features, functionality, and integrations.
- Conduct regression, functional, integration, and UAT testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to resolve issues.
- Ensure releases meet Salesforce standards and business requirements.
- Provide detailed reporting and documentation of test results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in QA testing with Salesforce projects.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, workflows, validation rules, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with manual testing and exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Provar).
- Familiarity with API testing (Postman, SOAP UI, etc.).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and QA best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have:





- Salesforce QA/Testing certifications.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins).
- Knowledge of testing automation frameworks specific to Salesforce.
