Role Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP GTS OTC Consultant with strong functional expertise in SAP Global Trade Services and SAP SD Order-to-Cash business processes. The ideal candidate should possess deep hands-on experience in Global Trade Compliance, Customs, Trade Preference, GTS integration, and S/4HANA OTC implementations, along with the ability to drive end-to-end solution design, implementation, business process optimization, and global rollout activities. This role requires a consultant who can bridge both international trade compliance processes and customer order fulfillment flows within enterprise SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities Lead and support end-to-end SAP GTS functional implementation and rollout activities

Own SAP GTS business processes across:

Compliance Management

Customs Management

Risk / Legal Control

Trade Preference

Design scalable global trade and foreign trade process templates

Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis

Translate business needs into SAP GTS functional solutions and process improvements

Drive SAP GTS integration with feeder SAP/non-SAP systems

Lead and support SAP S/4HANA O2C (Order-to-Cash) implementation activities

Coordinate with SD, MM, TM, technical,



and business teams for end-to-end solution alignment

Manage SIT, UAT, go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation support

Deliver stakeholder communication, workshops, and user mentoring sessions

✅ Mandatory Skills / Must Have (Strict Screening Criteria) SAP GTS Core Experience Minimum 4–5+ years of strong hands-on SAP GTS consulting experience

Strong implementation/rollout/support experience in:

Compliance Management

Customs Management

Risk / Legal Control

Trade Preference

Proven expertise in SAP GTS configuration and business process setup

SAP SD OTC Expertise (Mandatory) Strong SAP SD functional experience is mandatory

Good hands-on understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business cycle

Experience in

Sales Order Processing

Delivery

Billing

Export / Foreign Trade related SD processes

Ability to align GTS trade compliance with OTC customer fulfillment flows

Integration & Project Delivery Solid experience in SAP GTS integration with feeder systems (SAP / non-SAP)

Hands-on experience in full lifecycle:

Implementations

Rollouts

Blueprinting

Enhancements

Hypercare Support

Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and solution design

Business Process Knowledge Strong understanding of:

Global Trade / International Trade Compliance





Export / Import Process Flows

Foreign Trade Documentation

Ability to propose process optimization and business transformation solutions

Stakeholder Management Excellent communication and client-facing capability

Strong presentation, workshop handling, and stakeholder coordination skills ⭐ Preferred / Good To Have Skills Candidates with the following additional exposure will be highly preferred: Understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes

Knowledge of SAP MM and SAP TM integration with GTS

Experience working in global rollout / multicultural project environments

Exposure to business process improvement or transformation programs

Strong mentoring and conflict resolution capability Educational Qualification BE / BTech / MCA / MTech Overall Experience Required Total 6–10 years of SAP functional consulting experience

Strong combined exposure in SAP GTS + SAP SD OTC is mandatory Ideal Candidate Profile This opportunity is ideal for consultants who can independently drive SAP GTS compliance/customs processes while also understanding the complete SAP SD OTC cycle, ensuring seamless and compliant global customer order execution.
