Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Academic Counselor to support students primarily based in the United States The ideal candidate will guide prospective and current students through their academic journey helping them make informed decisions regarding courses programs and career pathways This role involves regular communication through calls emails and chat during US business hours Key Responsibilities Counsel prospective students on academic programs eligibility admissions processes and career paths Manage inbound and outbound communication calls emails chat with leads and students Conduct virtual sessions or webinars to address student queries and promote academic offerings Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in CRM or database systems Follow up with students to ensure progression through the enrollment funnel Collaborate with internal teams Admissions Faculty Operations to ensure a seamless student experience Meet or exceed counseling and conversion targets set by the organization Stay updated with curriculum changes current programs and higher education trends in the US Provide timely resolution to student concerns and escalate complex issues as needed Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
