Role Summary
The Design and Development Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end mechanical design of sheetmetal, fabrication and machined components and sub-assemblies that go into our ATV platforms. The role involves 3D modelling, assembly, detail drawing release, GD&T; application, tolerance stack analysis and active participation in the vehicle integration process working alongside the transmission, chassis and body teams.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out 3D modelling, assembly and production drawings in PTC Creo for sheetmetal, fabrication and machined components.
Develop and release manufacturing drawings with correct GD&T; callouts, surface finish, weld symbols and assembly notes.
Perform fits calculation and tolerance stack up analysis to ensure assembly feasibility and functional fit.
Support vehicle integration activities including transmission, drivetrain and chassis packaging.
Coordinate with manufacturing,
vendors and quality teams to resolve design, fabrication and assembly issues.
Implement design changes through ECN process and maintain part data, BOMs and revision history.
Contribute to design reviews, prototyping, build support and on field validation activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: B.Tech or B.E. in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant industry experience. Freshers and interns with strong fundamentals are also encouraged to apply.
CAD Tool: Hands on experience in PTC Creo (Modelling, Assembly and Drawing).
Domain: Component design exposure in Sheetmetal, Fabrication and Machined parts.
Technical: Solid working knowledge of GD&T;, fits calculation and tolerance stack up analysis.
Background: Exposure to Transmission systems and Vehicle integration is preferred.
Fundamentals: Basic understanding of design for manufacturing (DFM) and manufacturing processes.
Soft Skills: Ownership mindset, problem solving ability and willingness to work in a fast paced startup environment.

Interview Process
Walk in interviews will be conducted from 20th to 23rd May 2026 (Wednesday to Saturday) at our R&D; Centre in Bangarapet.
To register your slot, candidates must email an updated resume to the HR team in advance. Shortlisted candidates will be intimated of their date and time by HR.
The interview will be conducted in the following stages on the same day:
1. Walk in registration at the R&D; Centre HR team
2. Assessment Tests (Mandatory) covering Mechanical aptitude, Verbal reasoning, Numerical reasoning, Diagrammatic Representation & Fault Diagnostics.
3. Tool Test with the Engineering team on Creo
4. Face to Face Technical Interview with the Hiring team on GD&T; and design fundamentals.
5. HR Round to assess expectations and joining timelines.
6. Offer Discussion with selected candidates. The offer will be provided on the same day.
Please Note: Assessment tests are MANDATORY for all candidates. Please plan to spend the full day at our facility.
