The Freelance
Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent through effective sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. The role also involves building a strong talent pipeline, collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The candidate will play a significant role in shaping the workforce of ToppersNotes.
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates using various platforms and techniques
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies,
talent acquisition, and workforce planning
- Robust communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple hiring processes efficiently
- Attention to detail and accuracy in candidate assessment and documentation
- Understanding of the edtech industry and experience in hiring for similar roles is desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
