Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Navi Mumbai.

The Sales

Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities include conducting property showings, addressing client inquiries, negotiating deals, and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of market trends and property listings.



The role also includes preparing documentation and collaborating with the marketing team to support sales campaigns.

Qualifications - Strong sales skills, including negotiation, lead generation, and client relationship management

- Knowledge of real estate trends, market insights, and property listing management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to establish trust with clients and effectively address inquiries
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines
- Relevant experience in real estate or sales; prior on-site sales experience is a plus
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the Navi Mumbai property market is an advantage
