We are looking for a Part-Time Recruiter to support hiring requirements for our international and local clients.
This role involves
- Candidate sourcing
- Screening and coordination
- Managing recruitment workflows
- Working on multiple hiring projects across industries
The role is best suited for someone who is proactive, responsive, and comfortable working in a performance-driven recruitment environment. ? Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Ensure timely updates and recruitment progress reporting
- Track work activity through online tracking/project management software
✅ Requirements
- Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition preferred
- Solid communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and sourcing techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage timelines
- Comfortable using online tracking and work-management tools
- Reliable internet connection and remote work setup

- Payment will be project-based
