Our pickleball facility in Thiruvananthapuram aims to provide a premium playing experience while growing a vibrant local pickleball community.

Role Description

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Community & Turf Operations Executive to manage the daily operations of our pickleball turf in Thiruvananthapuram.

This is a full-time on-site role ideal for someone passionate about sports, customer interaction, and community building. Preference will be given to candidates with experience or interest in pickleball, badminton, tennis, or similar racket sports.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day turf operations
- Handle customer bookings and inquiries
- Welcome and coordinate players
- Ensure cleanliness and basic facility upkeep
- Assist in organizing games, events, and tournaments




- Support social media content and community engagement
- Monitor customer experience and court usage
- Coordinate with management for smooth operations

Preferred Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sports and community activities
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp, and booking coordination
- Responsible, proactive, and customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to manage evening and weekend operations when required

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in sports facilities, hospitality, customer service, or operations is an advantage
- Experience or interest in pickleball or racket sports preferred
