We’re looking for a highly driven and analytical E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale our presence across major marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms.

If you have hands-on experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, and other online channels — this role is for you.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa & quick-commerce platforms
- Drive revenue growth, visibility, conversion rates & profitability across channels
- Handle listings, catalog optimization, pricing, inventory planning & promotions
- Plan and execute marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
- Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse & marketing teams for seamless operations
- Monitor KPIs including ROAS, TACOS, conversion rates, sell-through, rankings & stock health
- Manage sale events, platform campaigns & visibility programs
- Build relationships with account managers across marketplaces
- Analyze trends, competition & consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure catalog hygiene, SEO optimization & brand consistency across platforms
- Work on quick-commerce growth strategies,



assortment planning & regional scaling

? Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in E-commerce / Marketplace Management
- Proven experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra & Nykaa
- Exposure to Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto or other quick-commerce platforms is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of Seller Central / Vendor Central ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with marketplace ads & promotional tools
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, dashboards, reporting)
- Understanding of inventory planning, pricing strategy & sales forecasting
- Familiarity with D2C operations and consumer brands preferred
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent communication, ownership & problem-solving skills

✨ Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Shopify or D2C website operations
- Knowledge of tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, Analytics dashboards, etc.
- Experience in beauty, fragrance, fashion, FMCG or lifestyle categories
