The Banquet Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all banquet events and functions at the hotel. The role involves coordinating with clients, supervising banquet staff, ensuring smooth event execution, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all banquet operations, events, and function activities.
- Coordinate with clients regarding event requirements and arrangements.
- Supervise banquet staff during events and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Plan event setup, seating arrangements, dcor coordination, and food service flow.
- Work closely with the kitchen and service teams for smooth event execution.
- Ensure proper inventory management of banquet equipment and supplies.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and hospitality standards at all times.
- Prepare banquet event orders (BEOs) and operational reports.
- Monitor event budgets, billing, and cost control measures.
- Train and motivate banquet team members for high performance.
- Ensure timely completion of pre-event and post-event activities.
