Job Description - FCRA Accountant

Position: FCRA Accountant

Location: Gadha Village, Chhatarpur District, Madhya Pradesh

Experience Required: 5-10Years

Salary: Depend on previous salary and interview performance

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented FCRA Accountant to manage FCRA accounts, charitable trust accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The candidate should have good knowledge of FCRA regulations, Tally, bookkeeping, banking processes, and NGO/society accounting procedures.

The ideal candidate must be capable of handling daily accounting operations, donor fund tracking, voucher verification, audit support, and compliance-related documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle complete FCRA accounting and compliance activities

Maintain books of accounts in Tally ERP/Tally Prime

Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, journal entries, and bank reconciliation

Manage FCRA bank accounts and transaction records

Maintain donor-wise and project-wise expense records

Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements

Coordinate with auditors, CA, and management for audits and compliance

Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions

Maintain records for charitable trust/society accounts





Prepare utilization reports and supporting documents for grants

Handle statutory compliances related to FCRA, TDS, GST, and other applicable laws

Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents before processing payments

Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records

Support administrative and finance-related activities as required

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (//CA Backround)

2-5 years of experience in FCRA accounting or NGO/trust accounting

Good knowledge of FCRA rules and compliance procedures

Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel

Knowledge of banking transactions and reconciliation

Positive communication and documentation skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Additional Information

Candidates must be comfortable working in a rural location
