Accounts Payable

Review, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner(Invoice Booking).

Ensure proper approval of invoices before processing payments

Process payments and maintain vendor records.Coordination with various vendors.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies(Vendor Reconcilation).

Maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing purposes,



Tax Compliance,Audit Compliance.

Assist in month-end closing and accruals related to payables.

Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)

3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.

Proficiency in accounting software.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

Oracle Knowledge would be added advantage.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
