Key Responsibilities Own zone-level admissions & revenue targets
Manage end-to-end school operations (3-8 schools)
Ensure SOP compliance and academic-support processes
Lead & mentor Principals and Ops teams
Drive student retention, parent satisfaction & hiring support Who Should Apply Candidates with strong B2C multi-location leadership experience from: EdTech / Telecom / E-Commerce / Education
Large-scale B2C service industries Requirements 10-18 years experience
Multi-branch or multi-city management
Revenue ownership & people leadership experience
Strong stakeholder management skills
6-day workweek (alternate Saturdays off)
