POSITION:- SITE ENGINEER (CIVIL)

Job description:-

Diploma or Engineering Graduate (Civil) required for working in Construction company based in Tamilnadu having Precast building projects in size ranging from 10 to 50 crores in various locations like Chennai, Sriperumbudur , Coimbatoor in Tamilnadu and Chittoor in Andhra.

Skill Required:

- Valuable Academic results in Engineering, Higher secondary and Secondary Education
- Good analytical and problem solving skill
- Eager to learn and acquire new skill set
- Ability to take responsibility/own task for completion
- Demonstrate can do attitude
- Active and be a great team player
- Clear communication
- MS Office
- Experience in AUTOCAD/MS Project are added advantage.
- Safety course completion will be an added advantage

The wide range of duties including:
. Responsibility of timely completion of projects.
. Understand the scope of the project, planning, sequencing & execution of Buildings Project.
. Responsible for cost control, developing schedules, liasoning with clients, resource management, risk Analysis and mitigation.
. Determine the resources (equipment, manpower etc) required to complete the project.
. Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
. Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff.
. Review the quality (QA/QC) of the work with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the required standards.
. Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date.
. Identify subcontractors to mobilize required numbers labours at project site.
. To maintain worthy relationship with the clients.
