This leadership role involves managing multi-layered sales teams, driving regional business strategy, and ensuring strong execution across multiple territories. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in handling geographically spread field sales teams and must be comfortable with frequent travel across the entire Maharashtra region for business operations, team management, and market expansion activities. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Area Managers, Team Leaders, and large field sales teams across Maharashtra Drive zonal sales performance and ensure achievement of business targets and KPIs Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with organizational growth goals Conduct regular performance reviews, field visits, training sessions, and skip-level meetings Monitor sales productivity and improve operational efficiency across territories Build strong relationships with key channel partners, clients, and stakeholders Analyze market trends, business performance, and sales metrics to identify growth opportunities Ensure proper implementation of company policies, IRDAI compliance,
