: Area Sales Executive – Haryana Territory (Bag pack, Travel accessories & Luggage Industry)
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage sales across assigned Haryana territory.
Appoint and support distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Increase brand visibility and market share in luggage, duffle and backpack categories.
Conduct regular market visits to retailers and distributors.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Collect payments and maintain healthy outstanding levels.
Prepare daily sales reports, market feedback, and forecasting.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and inventory planning.
Build long-term relationships with channel partners.
Required Skills & Competencies
Robust sales and negotiation skills
Channel sales and distributor management experience
Territory planning and market development
Ability to travel extensively within Haryana
Target-driven and self-motivated personality
Knowledge of luggage, duffle, backpacks, travel accessories, or FMCG retail market preferred
Experience Required
2–5 years of sales experience in:
Luggage & bags industry
FMCG
Consumer durables
Footwear/apparel retail distribution
Travel accessories
Preferred Candidate Profile
Existing distributor and retailer network in Haryana market
Experience handling general trade and wholesale channels
Familiarity with cities such as Gurgaon, Faridabad, Panipat, Karnal, Ambala, Rohtak, Hisar, and Bhiwani region preferred
Solid understanding of secondary sales and retail execution
Salary Range - 30k to 35k Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
