We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to manage sales activities for Sunraj Estate. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing leads, closing sales, and maintaining robust relationships with channel partners and clients.
Candidates residing within approximately a 10 km radius of Dombivli East will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and source leads through channel partners, brokers, references, and direct client interactions.
Conduct site visits, project presentations, and client meetings.
Convert enquiries into successful sales closures.
Build and maintain robust relationships with channel partners and clients.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth documentation and sales processing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
Keep track of market trends and competitor activities in the local area.
