Role Description

This is a full time remote role for an Enrollment Advisor. In this role, you will guide prospective students through the enrollment process, provide personalized support, and counsel them on program offerings and benefits. Responsibilities will include engaging with prospective students via phone and email, delivering an excellent level of customer service,



explaining program details, assisting with enrollment procedures, and maintaining accurate records of communication.

Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service expertise
Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
Experience in Sales and a goal-oriented mindset
Critical Thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Flexibility to adapt to a quick-paced and dynamic work environment
Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
