ABOUT THE ROLE
The DGM is a senior regional business ownership role full P&L; accountability for agri-drone sales and spraying services across 4-5 districts. The role goes well beyond field execution: it is about converting strategy into district-level revenue, leading a multi-tier team, and building the institutional and government relationships that unlock scale.
Success is measured by the collective performance of the region under your leadership the ability to coach AGMs, build channel networks, and deliver consistently across districts.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Regional sales strategy and revenue drone hardware and spray services across 4-5 districts
Performance of 18-20 AGMs, district-wise targets, weekly reviews, and capability building
Senior government and institutional engagement District Collectors, ATMA Project Directors, FPO federations, UMED, CSR partners, and CHCs
Implementation of flagship programs SMAM, NABARD Agri-Drone Mission, Mahashakti Drone Tai, and state schemes
Channel and partnership development COCO, FOCO, institutional deployments, and large-volume MoUs




Regional P&L; visibility pipeline, forecasts, AGM scorecards, pilot utilization, and operational efficiency
Market intelligence and white-space identification for expansion

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
5-8 years of progressive field sales experience in agri-inputs, agri-tech, farm machinery, or allied rural sectors
Minimum 2 years in a team leadership role managing AGMs, district sales executives, or equivalent field teams
Proven track record of delivering regional revenue targets across multiple districts
Solid stakeholder management confident engaging with senior government, FPO federations, and institutional partners
Experience with channel networks across rural multi-district geographies; FPO / SHG / cooperative engagement preferred
B.Sc. Agriculture / Agri-Business / B.Tech Agri Engineering preferred; MBA (Agri-Business / Rural Management / Marketing) is an advantage
Marathi (preferred) and Hindi fluency; English for reporting; valid driving license
