Job Summary
The Area Sales Officer at Piramal Pharma Limited is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, and building solid customer relationships within an assigned geographical area. This role focuses on driving revenue growth and ensuring brand visibility for Piramal Pharma's products.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for the designated area.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including onboarding new distributors, stockists, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Promote and effectively present Piramal Pharma's product portfolio to potential and existing customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.




- Manage outstanding payments and ensure timely collection of dues from customers.
- Organize and participate in promotional activities, medical camps, and product launches as required.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams regarding market requirements and product performance.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably within the assigned territory.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, product knowledge, and selling techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
