Position: Site Engineer (Civil)
Number of Openings: 3
Location: Anywhere in Uttar Pradesh (projectbased allocation; current sites in Ambedkar Nagar & Kushinagar)

CTC: 30,000 35,000 per month (allinclusive)

Position Summary

We are looking for 3 Civil Site Engineers for building construction projects across Uttar Pradesh. The role involves handson site supervision, coordination, and execution of construction work, with occasional movement to different project locations as per company requirements. Candidates must be comfortable relocating within UP as projects demand.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daytoday execution of building construction work at site.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams to ensure smooth progress.
- Monitor quality, progress, and timelines as per project drawings and specifications.
- Support sitelevel managerial activities and internal reporting.
- Maintain construction records and assist in billing/documentation where required.
- Ensure compliance with site safety norms and construction standards.




- Be ready to move to any project location across Uttar Pradesh as per project allocation.

Required Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Civil Engineer (B.Tech) or Civil Diploma holder.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of total work experience in construction.
- Minimum 2 years in a sitemanagerial role (supervising teams or work).
- Must have building construction experience.

- Project Type:
- At least 3 years working with companies that have government as their client and participate through tenders.
- OR, if no governmenttender experience, then 5+ years of highrise building construction experience.

- Billing Knowledge: Familiarity with Measurement Book (MB) and Billing in case of governmenttender projects.

- Mobility:
- Must have his own bike for site movement.
- Must be ready to move anywhere in UP as per project requirement.

- Employment Behavior: Preference for stable, sticky candidates with low jobhopping tendency and valuable tenure in previous organizations.

Work Conditions

- Projectbased postings across Uttar Pradesh.
- Fieldbased role with frequent site duties and possible relocation.
- Role may require travel between project sites within UP.
