Vice Principal – Accentrex Global

Reporting ToManagement / Board of Directors

Role OverviewYou shall serve as the academic and administrative head of the institution and will be fully responsible for academic excellence, institutional growth, regulatory compliance, student success, safety standards, university coordination, and strategic admissions leadership. The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, industry orientation, and the ability to build a globally aligned learning ecosystem.

Key Responsibilites

- Academic Leadership & Excellence
- Lead the institution's academic vision, quality standards, and educational delivery.
- Ensure effective implementation of curriculum, academic planning, timetables, assessments, and faculty performance systems.
- Maintain international-quality teaching-learning practices aligned with industry and university standards.
- Drive student performance, placements, internships, project-based learning, and academic outcomes.
- Conduct regular academic audits, faculty reviews, and classroom quality assessments.
- Introduce innovation-driven learning practices including AI, digital learning, global certifications, and industry-integrated education.

2. University & Institutional Liaison




- Act as the primary liaison between the institution and partner universities, accreditation bodies, certification agencies, and regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate all activities related to:
- University affiliations
- Academic inspections
- Documentation & approvals
- Examination coordination
- Accreditation readiness
- Curriculum implementation
- Maintain strong professional relationships with universities, academic councils, and industry partners.

3. Admissions Growth & Business Development
- Drive admissions strategy and institutional growth targets.
- Work closely with marketing, counselors, franchise partners, and outreach teams to achieve enrollment objectives.
- Participate in:
- School outreach programs
- Career seminars
- Education fairs
- Parent counseling sessions
- Corporate and institutional partnerships
- Monitor admission funnel performance and ensure conversion optimization.
- Build the institution's academic reputation and brand credibility.

4. Compliance & Regulatory Responsibility
- Ensure full compliance with:
- University norms
- UGC/AICTE/state regulations (where applicable)
- Fire & safety standards
- Labor compliance
- Documentation standards
- Student record management
- Examination protocols
- Maintain all statutory records, inspection files, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure institutional readiness for audits and inspections at all times.

5. Safety, Discipline & Campus Administration




- Be fully responsible for campus safety, student welfare, discipline, and operational governance.
- Ensure implementation of:
- Anti-ragging policies
- POSH compliance
- Emergency response systems
- CCTV and security monitoring
- Health & safety protocols
- Parent grievance mechanisms
- Create a secure, inclusive, and professionally managed campus environment.

6. Team Leadership & Operations
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty and administrative teams.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and training programs.
- Establish accountability systems across departments.
- Coordinate with operations, HR, finance, and infrastructure teams for smooth institutional functioning.

Preferred Qualifications
