Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer located in Bengaluru South.
The Senior Sales
Engineer will act as a key technical resource for the sales team, collaborate with clients to identify their needs, and craft tailored technical solutions. They will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, offering technical support, and responding to RFPs. Additionally, the role entails close interaction with customers to provide efficient solutions,
ensure client satisfaction, and foster long-term business relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and ability to create and present technical solutions effectively
- Experience in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting technical issues
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong background in Sales, with a clear understanding of sales cycles and client engagement strategies
- Customer Service focus and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proficiency with CRM tools and familiarity with the latest technology trends in sales and engineering
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a energetic team environment
