We are hiring an experienced and result-oriented Unit Manager to lead branch operations and drive business growth across multiple locations in Karnataka. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, team management skills, and experience in the Microfinance or Banking sector.

The role involves handling operations of multiple branches, achieving business and financial targets, ensuring portfolio quality, and maintaining high customer service standards. Candidates should be capable of leading large teams, monitoring branch performance, and ensuring smooth implementation of company policies and operational processes.

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in MFI or Banking, with at least 1 year in a Unit Manager or similar leadership role.



Graduates/Postgraduates with strong communication and operational management skills are preferred.
