As a Customer Service Associate at Marks and Spencer, your main role is to assist customers, maintain store standards, and learn the basics of store operations. Your key responsibilities include:

1. Customer Service:

- Greet & Assist Customers: Welcome customers with a friendly attitude and help them find what they need.

- Understand Customer Needs: Listen to customers, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable products.

2. Store Standards:

- Support Visual Merchandising: Help maintain the stores appearance by following guidelines for product displays.

- Proper Product Handling: Ensure products are handled carefully and organized correctly on the shelves.

3. Basic Operations:

- Learn Store Procedures: Follow company guidelines for tasks like stocking, housekeeping, and cashiering.

- Assist with Cashiering: When needed, help with basic cashier duties to provide smooth service.

4. Growth & Learning:

- On-the-Job Training: Ta ke part in training sessions to improve your skills and grow within the role.
