Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Specialist to manage core HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR compliance, and performance management initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong people management skills, experience in scaling teams, and the ability to build structured HR processes in a rapid-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes across departments.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
Handle employee lifecycle management including onboarding, confirmations, exits, and documentation.
Maintain employee records, HRMS data, attendance, leave management,



and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, PF, ESI, and statutory requirements.
Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
Drive employee engagement activities, culture-building initiatives, and internal communication.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organizational processes.
Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment.
Assist management in organizational planning and HR strategy execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
Strong understanding of HR practices, labour compliance, and employee management.
Experience with HRMS tools, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
