- Primary Stack: Python, GCP, Vertex AI, LLMs, SQL

Key Responsibilities

- Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models (Predictive Analytics, NLP, or Generative AI) tailored for healthcare use cases such as patient risk stratification, claims processing, or clinical documentation.
- Cloud Architecture: Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services—specifically Vertex AI , BigQuery ML, and Dataflow—to build and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines.
- Healthcare Data Standards: Work with sensitive healthcare data, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and utilizing standards like HL7 and FHIR .
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Clinicians) to translate clinical requirements into technical specifications.
- Communication: Act as a technical bridge, explaining complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Excellence

- Programming: Mastery of Python and common libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
- GCP Ecosystem: Practical experience with Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, and BigQuery. Knowledge of AI Platform or AutoML is a plus.
- Cloud Exposure: Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines for ML (MLOps) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Generative AI: Familiarity with LLMs (Gemini, GPT) and orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex is highly desirable.

Domain & Soft Skills

- US Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of the US healthcare landscape (Payor/Provider workflows, ICD-10/CPT codes, or EMR integration).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. You must be able to document processes and present findings confidently.
