Job Title: Lead Management Intern

Location: Faridabad, Sarai (RPS 12th Avenue, T5)

Internship Duration: [3 months-6 months]

Stipend: 7000-7500

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Lead Management Intern to support our sales and marketing teams. In this role, you will help manage and track potential clients (leads), ensuring timely follow-up and accurate data handling across systems. This internship is ideal for someone interested in sales operations, CRM systems, and data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in capturing, validating, and organizing incoming leads from various sources (website, campaigns, events, etc.)
- Maintain and update CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) with accurate lead information
- Support lead scoring, segmentation, and assignment to sales representatives
- Monitor lead progress through the sales funnel and follow up on inactive leads
- Generate weekly reports on lead status, conversion rates, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on lead quality and handoff
- Identify and flag duplicates, incomplete entries, or other data quality issues
- Assist in optimizing lead generation and nurturing workflows

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; experience with CRM systems is a plus




- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn sales and marketing operations
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience with CRM tools is plus but not mandatory (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools or lead scoring frameworks.
- Interest in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management.
