For this crucial role of Academic Associate, we seek applications from individuals with a strong academic background, who want to pursue teaching or a Doctoral Program in the future. Individuals who have recently completed their doctoral programs are also encouraged to apply. The Academic Associates will be trained in cutting edge teaching methodologies, case writing, academic writing etc. over the course of their employment and will have an opportunity to work with and learn from world renowned faculty. Job Responsibilities*

1. Assist faculty member in course design, delivery,



administration, and grading
2. Identify and curate reading materials from library and other academic sources
3. Conduct tutorials and hold regular office hours
4. Address student queries and provide academic support
5. Evaluate class participation and engagement
6. Support student led activities
7. Assist faculty memeber in the preparation of research reports, case studies, and academic publications
8. Provide administrative support through the Learning Management System (LMS)
9. Assist faculty member in organizing examinations/ quizzes and invigilation

Preferred Qualification

1. Qualified qualification or Master’s degree in the relevant discipline from a reputed institution/ university
2. Strong academic performance and a motivation to excel
3. One or two years of prior workexperience, preferably in a teaching/ research-oriented role is desirable
4. Candidates aspiring to pursue a Ph.D. or an academic career will be preferred
