Kapoor and Associates is an architect-led, award-winning architectural design firm based in Patna, Bihar. Our completed works include Bapu Tower (Patna), Rajgir Zoo Safari, Prakash Punj (Patna City), and a number of other landmark public, institutional, and cultural projects across the state. We are a design-first practice that takes ownership of projects from concept through construction, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver buildings of lasting quality.

THE ROLE

We are hiring full-time Architects to join our studio in Patna. You will work directly with the Principal and senior team on live projects across design development, construction documentation, site coordination, and client engagement. The role is suited to architects at any stage between fresh graduates and 10 years of post-qualification experience — responsibilities will be calibrated to your level.

Day to day, you can expect to:

• Develop architectural design from concept stage through detailed drawings

• Produce and review CAD drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and details

• Read and interpret architectural drawings produced by team members and consultants

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants

• Liaise with clients, contractors,



and vendors through project execution

• Visit sites and contribute to construction supervision as required

• Take ownership of assigned scopes and deliver on schedule

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from a recognized institution

• 0 to 10 years of post-qualification experience

• Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD essential), 3D rendering tools an advantage.

• Strong ability to read, draft, and detail architectural drawings

• Passion, creativity, and a hardworking, hands-on mindset

• Strong team player with clear written and verbal communication

• Ability to coordinate complex jobs across clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors
