Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Liaisoning Assistant for MSEB (Maharashtra State Electricity Board) work based in the Pune Division. The Liaisoning Assistant will support the coordination of administrative and operational tasks related to MSEB projects, maintain documentation, liaise with MSEB officials, and process applications or approvals as needed. The role involves attending meetings, ensuring compliance with regulations,



and acting as a representative of Bhagwat Energy Pvt. Ltd. at MSEB premises or other relevant authorities. Qualifications Ability to handle and maintain legal and regulatory documentation processes for MSEB work Strong communication, negotiation, and liaisoning skills, with experience interacting with government officials and departments Familiarity with electricity or energy regulations and procedures under MSEB or similar organizations Organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills for managing tasks effectively Proficiency in using basic office software, such as MS Word, Excel, and email communication Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team-driven workplace Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in liaisoning work with MSEB or similar departments will be an added advantage
