Role Overview

This role involves strengthening FICCI’s engagement with industry across Madhya Pradesh, while supporting outreach in Chhattisgarh. It requires a self-motivated, field-oriented qualified who can proactively build industry connect, expand institutional reach, and ensure meaningful participation aligned with FICCI’s priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Industry Outreach & Engagement

- Build and sustain strong relationships with industry, chambers of commerce, trade bodies, and associations across Madhya Pradesh, with selective engagement in Chhattisgarh
- Undertake regular field visits, institutional meetings, and structured interactions to deepen FICCI’s presence

Membership Development & Continuity

- Facilitate onboarding of credible industry stakeholders into the FICCI network in alignment with our agenda and state priorities
- Maintain continuous engagement with members to ensure relevance, participation, and long-term association
- Identify and develop opportunities to expand sectoral and geographic representation

Alignment with Priorities

- Ensure state-level activities and engagements are aligned with FICCI’s agenda, themes, and focus sectors
- Act as a bridge between initiatives and regional industry participation

Information Dissemination & Feedback Loop

- Ensure timely dissemination of policy updates, industry developments, and FICCI initiatives to stakeholders
- Actively gather inputs, feedback, and perspectives from industry to inform representations and advocacy

Research, Inputs & Knowledge Development

- Track current affairs, policy developments,



and sectoral trends relevant to the state
- Prepare notes, briefs, background papers, and support development of knowledge documents and representations
- Convert insights into actionable engagement opportunities

Programs & Institutional Interface

- Conceptualize and execute state council meetings, consultations, and industry interactions
- Support leadership in stakeholder meetings and high-level engagements

Network & Ecosystem Building

- Strengthen FICCI’s footprint across districts through consistent outreach
- Build a strong and evolving pipeline of industry participation and institutional connect

Candidate Profile

- Postgraduate with 10+ years of relevant experience , preferably with chambers of commerce, industry associations, or similar institutions
- Strong understanding of Madhya Pradesh’s industry landscape; exposure to Chhattisgarh is an advantage
- Proven ability to work independently and drive outcomes
