Job Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Senior SEO & AEO Specialist to improve our organic visibility across both traditional search engines and AI-driven answer platforms. This role involves optimizing websites, content, and digital assets to rank on Google SERPs as well as AI-powered platforms like Chat GPT, Gemini, and other answer engines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
● Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping
● Execute on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking, content optimization)
● Conduct technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, site speed)
● Manage off-page SEO strategies including link building and outreach
● Optimize website architecture, URLs, and structured data (schema markup)
● Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance metrics
2. AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
● Optimize content for AI search engines and answer platforms (LLMs, voice search)
● Structure content for featured snippets, FAQs, and zero-click results




● Implement schema and entity-based SEO for better AI understanding
● Create conversational and intent-based content for AI-driven queries
● Track AI visibility, citations, and presence in generative search results
● Stay updated with AI search trends and algorithm changes
3. Content Strategy & Optimization
● Develop SEO + AEO-focused content strategies
● Collaborate with writers to create high-quality, search-optimized content
● Build topic clusters and improve topical authority
● Optimize existing content for better rankings and AI discoverability 4. Analytics & Reporting
● Track KPIs: organic traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions, AI visibility
● Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
● Prepare performance reports and actionable insights
● Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 3–5+ years of experience in SEO (AEO experience is a strong plus)
● Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page, and off-page SEO
● Knowledge of AI search, LLMs, and answer engine behavior
● Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4)
● Understanding of structured data, schema, and semantic SEO
● Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
● Excellent communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience with AI-driven search optimization (AEO / GEO / LLMO)
● Knowledge of NLP, entity SEO, and E-E-A-T principles
● Experience in content marketing or editorial SEO
● Familiarity with CMS platforms (Word Press, Webflow, etc.)
