Designation :Head — Sales & Marketing

Industry : Real Estate (Residential & Commercial)

Location : Punjab & Jalandhar (with travel across project sites)

Reporting To : Director / Management

Employment Type: Full-Time | Senior Leadership Role

Band : 35 – 50 Years

Experience Required : Minimum 12 – 18 Years in Real Estate Sales & Marketing

Real Estate Expertise: Must have hands-on experience selling High-Rise, Township, and/or Commercial projects

Channel Partners: Demonstrated ability to build, manage & scale a robust CP/broker network

Geographic Exposure : Punjab market knowledge mandatory; North India exposure preferred

Team Management: Experience leading teams of 15+ sales & marketing professionals

Languages : Punjabi / Hindi / English — fluency in all preferred

About client - its a established and fast-growing real estate developer with a strong presence across Punjab, with flagship projects in Jalandhar and surrounding regions. Our diverse portfolio spans luxury High-Rise Residential Towers, integrated Townships, and premium Commercial Developments.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation

- Drive overall sales targets across High-Rise, Township, and Commercial projects in Punjab & Jalandhar.
- Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans aligned with project launch timelines.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the entire sales team — including Sales Managers, CRMs, and Site Teams.
- Monitor funnel metrics, conversion ratios, and take corrective actions to meet revenue goals.
- Ensure timely achievement of collection milestones and coordinate with the finance team.

Channel Partner Management (Core Competency)

- Build, activate, and manage a high-performing channel partner (CP)



network across Punjab, Haryana, Delhi NCR, and NRI markets.
- Establish a structured CP engagement program including onboarding, training, incentives, and retention.
- Leverage existing channel partner relationships for immediate inventory push and project launches.
- Conduct regular CP meets, developer-broker summits, and roadshows to deepen market penetration.
- Monitor CP performance and ensure equitable business distribution.

Marketing & Brand Management

- Develop integrated marketing strategies across digital, OOH, print, and event channels.
- Oversee project branding, launch campaigns, and customer communication touchpoints.
- Work with digital marketing agencies for lead generation via Google, Meta, YouTube, and portals like 99acres, Magic Bricks, Housing.com.
- Manage PR, media relations, and brand positioning for each project.
- Track marketing ROI and optimize spend for maximum lead quality and volume.

Project Launch & Market Intelligence

- Lead pre-launch strategies and Go-To-Market (GTM) plans for all new projects.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for pricing, product mix, and positioning.
- Provide leadership team with actionable market intelligence on buyer trends and competitor activity.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and project teams for smooth project launch execution.

Customer Experience & After-Sales

- Ensure a premium customer experience across all touchpoints — from inquiry to possession.
- Oversee CRM operations, post-booking communication, and grievance resolution.
- Build long-term customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

MBA / PGDM in Marketing / Sales (Preferred) OR Graduate with exceptional industry track record
