Jain Healthcare Network is a multispecialty outpatient clinic and diagnostics center in Sector 56, Gurugram, focused on Brain, Sleep, Nerve, and Whole-Family Health. Our services include Neurology, Sleep Medicine, General Medicine, Psychiatry/Psychology support, Pulmonology, Physiotherapy, on-site EEG, NCV/EMG, ECG, in-lab sleep studies, and an in-house pharmacy.

We are looking for a motivated Medical Representative / Clinic Marketing Specialist who can help us build doctor referrals, diagnostic referrals, corporate tie-ups, society outreach, health camps, and local brand awareness in Gurugram.

This is not a desk-only marketing job. This is a field-based healthcare relationship role.

Role Overview The candidate will be responsible for promoting JHNs clinical services across Gurugram by meeting doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, RWAs, corporates, and local community partners.

The ideal candidate should already understand the Gurugram healthcare market and have an existing local network. This role reports to the CEO and the Medical Director.

Key Responsibilities

1. Doctor & Referral Outreach

- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, and allied healthcare providers across Gurugram.
- Promote JHNs services including Neurology, Sleep Medicine, EEG, NCV/EMG, PSG sleep studies, ECG, General Medicine, Pharmacy, and visiting specialist OPDs.
- Build referral relationships with physicians, consultants, clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, and healthcare partners.
- Maintain regular follow-up with referral sources.
- Coordinate patient appointments generated through doctor and clinic referrals.

2. Diagnostic & Specialty Service Promotion The candidate will help promote JHNs core services, including:

- Neurology consultation
- Sleep Medicine consultation
- Sleep study / PSG
- CPAP/BiPAP support and follow-up
- EEG
- NCV/EMG
- ECG
- General Medicine / Family Care
- Psychiatry / Psychology / CBT-I support
- Pulmonology and visiting specialist OPDs
- Pharmacy and diagnostic support

JHNs in office diagnostic capabilities include EEG, long-term EEG, EMG, NCV,



in-lab sleep study/PSG, evoked potentials, and ECG. 3. Corporate & Institutional Outreach

- Approach HR teams, offices, schools, RWAs, gyms, senior citizen groups, and local institutions.
- Promote JHNs corporate health programs, health camps, sleep/fatigue screening, preventive health checks, vaccination drives, and executive health services.
- Help schedule meetings with corporate HR/admin teams and local organizations.
- Support pilot programs, corporate health checkups, and employee wellness activities.

JHN offers corporate programs such as sleep/fatigue screening, preventive health checks, on-site camps, vaccination drives, and priority scheduling support. 4. Health Camp & Community Marketing

- Coordinate health camps in apartment societies, offices, schools, and local community spaces.
- Help with patient registration, crowd coordination, feedback collection, and post-camp follow-up.
- Distribute flyers, brochures, and educational materials professionally.
- Identify new societies, RWAs, offices, and community groups for outreach.

5. Patient Lead Follow-Up

- Track leads from referrals, camps, WhatsApp, phone calls, website inquiries, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with patients politely and help them book consultations/tests.
- Maintain lead records and daily activity reports.
- Coordinate with the front desk for appointment booking and patient communication.

6. Local Brand Building

- Promote JHN as a trusted local clinic for Brain, Sleep, Nerve, and Total Health.
- Build awareness in the Sector 5657, Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension, Sohna Road, Sushant Lok, South City, DLF, and nearby Gurugram catchments.
- Support offline marketing, local partnerships, and basic social media coordination when needed.





Candidate Requirements Must-Have

- Candidate must be currently living in Gurugram.
- Candidate must be willing to work primarily across Gurugram / South Gurugram / Sector 5657 catchment areas.
- Must have an existing healthcare network in Gurugram, including doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, RWAs, corporates, or local healthcare contacts.
- Prior experience in medical marketing, pharma sales, hospital marketing, diagnostics sales, clinic marketing, medical devices, or healthcare field sales.
- Comfortable with daily field visits across Gurugram.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to explain medical services in simple, patient-friendly language.
- Professional, polite, persistent, and target-oriented.
- Basic WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and phone follow-up skills.
- Own two-wheeler/car.

Strongly Preferred

- Prior work experience specifically in Gurugram healthcare markets.
- Existing relationships with GPs, physicians, neurologists, pulmonologists, ENT doctors, cardiologists, orthopedics, psychiatrists, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, and society/RWA contacts.
- Experience promoting diagnostics such as sleep study/PSG, EEG, NCV/EMG, ECG, pathology, radiology, or specialty consultations.
- Experience organizing health camps or corporate health programs. .

Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is:

- A healthcare relationship builder, not just a generic salesperson.
- Already familiar with Gurugram doctors, clinics, societies, and local healthcare ecosystem.
- Comfortable meeting doctors and explaining services respectfully.
- Able to generate patient leads through ethical outreach.
- Organized enough to track visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Practical, reliable, persistent, and willing to work on the ground.
- Interested in growing with an early-stage healthcare brand.
