To expand our footprint across the entire Vadodara market, we are launching a direct-to-shop initiative. We are starting with our premium product "Shrikhand" and are looking for a high-performing Field Sales Representative to connect us directly with business buyers.

Job Overview & Your Role:

Your main objective is simple: Identify local B2B buyers, pitch our premium Shrikhand, and close the deal.

Because Shrikhand is a recurring item, sweet shops, dairies, and caterers order it repeatedly. Once you secure a client, you earn an incentive on their recurring orders month after month! You focus entirely on sales; Balaji handles all product manufacturing, logistics, and order deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Scan and map the entire Vadodara market to find potential B2B buyers (Sweet shops, local dairies, retail grocery shops, caterers, etc.).
- Field Pitching & Counter Sales: Visit these shops directly, identify the decision makers/owners, show them our product quality, and pitch Balaji Shrikhand.
- Sampling: Use free product samples provided by the company to and convert hesitant shopkeepers on the spot.
- Data Management: Maintain a basic, clear record of all generated leads,



visited shops, and active clients in an Excel sheet.
- Deal Closure: Convert leads into permanent, active accounts.

- Basic knowledge of maintaining an Excel sheet.
