Job Title: Sales Manager – EV Charging Solutions

Job Overview:

Kumar ChargeX is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to promote and sell Tata EV charging solutions in the Sambalpur region. The role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, and driving revenue growth in the rapidly expanding electric vehicle ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads for EV charger installations (residential, commercial, and institutional).
Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers, builders, fleet operators, and corporate clients.
Conduct site visits, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable EV charging solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth installation and after-sales support.
Stay updated on EV market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales (preferably in electrical, automobile,



or EV-related sectors).
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Local market knowledge of Sambalpur is a plus.
Basic understanding of EV charging infrastructure is preferred (training can be provided).
