Role Description
IMS Rajkot is looking for a passionate and dynamic Quantitative Aptitude Faculty member to join our academic team.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Teaching Quantitative Aptitude for management entrance exams
- Conducting engaging classroom sessions
- Mentoring and guiding students
- Conducting doubt-solving sessions and workshops
- Tracking student performance and helping improve scores
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, mentoring students, and simplifying complex concepts.
Desired Candidate Profile Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong command over Quantitative Aptitude concepts




- Excellent problem-solving and logical reasoning skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
- Ability to engage and motivate learners
- Team player with a growth mindset
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Mathematics, Management, or related fields
Preferred
- Prior experience in CAT/CMAT/IPMAT/GRE/GMAT coaching
- Freshers with exceptional aptitude and communication skills can also apply
