Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Tender Executive located in the Pune Division.

The Tender

Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of tendering processes, including preparing tender documents, analyzing contract requirements, and coordinating submissions to ensure compliance with deadlines. Additional tasks include liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, monitoring tender portals, and identifying new business opportunities aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of tender documentation preparation, proposal writing, and compliance requirements.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and correspondence.
- Proficiency in administrative and organizational skills, including project coordination and deadline management.
- Familiarity with industry-specific procurement processes and local regulations is an advantage.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working in the events industry or project management will be a plus.
