KraftedX

Central Delhi

? Type: 4-Month Internship (with potential to continue full-time based on performance and fit)

? Mode: In-Office, Rajendra Place, New Delhi

?Start Date: Immediate

? What You’ll Do: The exact shape of the role will evolve over time, but here are some things you’ll likely find yourself working on occasionally:

- Hiring. You'll own recruitment end to end. Writing JDs, sourcing candidates, managing pipelines, coordinating interviews. This covers both Scout, our talent service, and internal hiring at KraftedX.
- Vendor management. Coordinating with freelancers, agencies, and external partners. Making sure things don't fall through the cracks between us and the people we work with.
- Partnerships, outreach, and commercial coordination. Some weeks that might mean helping manage inbound opportunities or creator partnerships. Other weeks it could mean outbound outreach, exploring potential collaborations, or helping move important conversations forward.
- Working directly with the founder. A significant chunk of your time will go towards whatever Rishabh is focused on at that point. That could be a new vertical being explored, a client situation, an internal problem that needs solving, or a decision that needs research and thinking behind it.
- Decks, pitches, research docs, systems, and context files. When we're going after something new or presenting to a client or partner, you'll likely be in the room and involved in building it. More and more of the role also involves thinking in systems: maintaining clean context, building reusable workflows, experimenting with tools like Claude Code, and figuring out where agents, sub-agents, and automation can meaningfully increase leverage across the company.

Beyond that, it opens up.

New initiatives, strategy, ops, product, something entirely new that doesn't exist yet. What you end up working on six months in will partly depend on what the company needs and partly on where your strengths take you. Some people here have gone deep on data and distribution. Others on product. Others on building internal systems from scratch.

Nothing is too small. Nothing is too big. If it needs doing, it's on the table.

?️ What actually happens in this role People who've sat in this seat before have gone on to do things like:

- Running the entire hiring function and closing 30+ roles across creative, content, and ops
- Managing client success for our product used by a 20+ person enterprise team to manage 1000+ content pieces every month
- Handling all data and distribution for 5+ accounts
- Building internal systems the whole team still runs on today

And after KraftedX, they've gone on to:

- Join fast growing startups like Lovable and ElevenLabs
- Secure admits to IIM A, B, C, K, L and I
- Build their own startup and grow their personal brands to 10k+ followers

None of them had a fixed when they joined. That's kind of the point.

? What We Actually Mean By the Things Every JD Says Every founder's office JD uses the same words. Here's what they mean to us.

- Being a generalist No task is too small or big. If something needs doing and it lands near you, you figure it out. You don't say "that's not my area." You say "let me understand this" and you go learn. No ego about where the help comes from, no embarrassment about not knowing something yet. And here's why it matters beyond just this role: generalists who are curious, who build taste across domains, who know a little about a lot, are going to be the most valuable people in the room as AI gets better at execution. The orchestrator who understands enough about everything to direct well is harder to replace than the specialist who only goes deep on one thing. If you've always been interested in too many things at once and couldn't pick just one, that's not a flaw here. That's the job.
- High agency Doesn't mean you work independently. It means when you have an idea, a concern, or a better way of doing something, you bring it up. You don't sit on it waiting for someone to ask. You walk in, pitch it, back it with your thinking. Agency is the opposite of waiting for permission to contribute.
- Ownership The outcome is yours, not just the task. If something you're running goes wrong, you don't point at the brief, the timeline, or anyone else. You take it on the chin, figure out what broke, and come back better. Full ownership of process, outcome, and accountability. Not just the parts that went well.
- Comfort with ambiguity Being okay with incomplete information and still moving. Multiple things going on at once, priorities shifting mid-week, not always having the full picture. You gather context wherever you can find it, test quickly, learn rapid, and adjust. You understand that as a normal part of the process, not a failure of planning.

? The Kind of Person Who Thrives Here

- Thinks about AI the way curious people think about powerful tools. Wants to understand it, break it, use it better than yesterday.

Familiarity with Claude or openness to going deep on tools like Claude Code is a real plus.
- Thinks in systems and leverage. Interested in how workflows, context, automation, agents, and AI-assisted execution can compound over time instead of just solving one-off problems manually.
- Is somewhat of a tech and ai enthusiast. Not necessarily a developer, but someone who gets how systems work and isn't intimidated by new ones.
- Learns from everywhere and anywhere. Teammates, clients, mistakes, things entirely outside their domain.
- Goes out of their comfort zone because they know that is the only way to grow and that's how they're wired.
- Has no ego. Will do what's needed, big or small, and figure it out along the way.

⚒️ How We Work
- Every decision comes from awareness, never from ignorance. Before you start something, you know why you're doing it and what success looks like. You're not just executing. You're executing with intent. Vague briefs don't leave this building.
- Revision isn't failure. The best work takes rounds. What matters is the final outcome and the honesty of the process, not how clean the first draft was.
- Trust, not surveillance. We work synchronously and move quickly. A lot of the role is staying contextually plugged in, communicating proactively, and helping unblock momentum before things slow down. No time tracking, no activity monitoring. We trust you to do the work and communicate when things are off. We measure outcomes. We ask for honesty in return. If you're stuck, say so early.
- We only work with people we believe in. That applies to clients and to the team. Values and ethics are a filter, not a footnote.

?♂️ Why Join Us? Small team. High trust. Real accountability. Here's what that actually means for you:
- Direct access. You work with the founder and CTO. Not exposure to leadership. Actual conversations, actual decisions.
- Real breadth. You'll touch strategy, ops, talent, clients, and product. You'll understand how a business actually works, not just the slice you're assigned.
- Early to something big. We're moving fast towards agentic, AI-first ways of working. If you want to help shape what that looks like inside a real company, this is the place to do it.
- People who mean it. The team is small and the work is visible. What you build shows up in outcomes, not just activity logs.

If you want a clear and a defined lane, this isn't the right fit.

But if you're early in your career, endlessly curious, and comfortable not knowing exactly what you'll be working on six months from now, come talk to us.
