The Business Head – Kerala Market will report to Regional Head and play a critical role in driving business growth, operational excellence, student experience and enhance our marketing outreach across the region. This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercially driven professional who can build high-performing teams, strengthen institutional and client relationships, and accelerate market share in one of our priority markets. The role offers significant exposure to strategic decision-making, business operations initiatives, people leadership, and future growth opportunities within the organisation. Key Responsibilities : Drive overall business performance, revenue growth,



and marketing outreach across Kerala operations and assigned offices. Execute regional growth strategies aligned with organisational goals and destination budgets. Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights to strengthen AECC’s position in Kerala. Focus growth in each of the destinations serviced by AECC, particularly our key destinations, i.e. Australia, Cananda, UK, USA, Dubai, Recent Zealand, Ireland. Work closely with leadership teams to enhance brand visibility and build a stronger student pipeline in the region. Develop and implement initiatives to increase student acquisition, conversion rates, and client engagement. Monitor and improve productivity and conversion metrics across all teams. Ensure 100% compliance and effective utilization of Salesforce for student pipeline management, with zero dependency on offline trackers. Analyse business performance trends and implement corrective action plans to improve outcomes. Ensure achievement of business targets across applications, deposits, visas, and enrolments. Ensure Operational Excellence & Student Experience Partner closely with the Marketing team to design and execute localized marketing and outreach initiatives. Develop and implement monthly activity calendars including seminars, admission days, workshops, and engagement events. Lead student events, institutional collaborations, and in-house client engagement activities to improve conversions and office footfall. Build strong relationships with institutions, partners, and key stakeholders to strengthen brand presence in Kerala
