Job Description

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Executive in the Howrah team:
Handle inbound calls from customers, assisting with their inquiries and providing solutions.
Address customer concerns and queries related to products, orders, and services offered by the eCommerce platform.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through transparent, efficient, and empathetic communication.
Ensure accurate data entry and timely follow-up on customer requests.
Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience:
Prior experience in customer service or BPO is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
