Role Objective

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts & Finance Executive to manage our financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and contribute to accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of accounting principles, experience with audits, and the ability to interpret financial data to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Operations
Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger management.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash/inter-company transactions.
Statutory Compliance & Taxation
Manage filing and reconciliation for GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws (PF, ESI, and Professional Tax).
Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and tax laws to ensure the company remains compliant.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements, Balance Sheets,



and Cash Flow statements.
Provide data-driven insights to senior management regarding cost-saving opportunities.
Audit & Documentation
Coordinate with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations.
Maintain fixed asset & inventory registers.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com/MBA).
Software Proficiency: * knowledge of Tally Prime or ERP systems
Expertise in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and financial modeling).
Experience: 4–6 years of core accounting experience, preferably in a Manufacturing setting.
Soft Skills: Solid analytical thinking, high integrity, and the ability to meet strict deadlines under pressure.
