Role Description

As a Founder's Office Intern at Xpego, you will work closely with the founding team to support various business functions and strategic initiatives. This full time, on-site role, based in Bengaluru, involves market research, operational support, data analysis, and assisting with client communications. You will play a key role in coordinating between teams, monitoring project progress, and identifying growth opportunities for the business. You will also contribute to building and optimizing operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.





Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with experience in market research and data analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Robust organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and results-driven performance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with productivity tools
Passion for experiences, creativity, and a proactive approach to learning
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup workplace
Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing higher education in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
Knowledge of the experience marketplace industry in Bengaluru or prior experience in startups is a plus

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
