Job Title: Regional Manager – Government Projects / Skill Development

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager for our Guntur location to manage and oversee government skill development projects across Andhra Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for handling operations, government coordination, team productivity, and business expansion related to SEEDAP and APSSDC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure smooth functioning of Guntur DDU GKY Centre

- Oversee operations of Kurnool and Ananthapur APSSDC centres

- Coordinate with Government Officials from SEEDAP and APSSDC

- Manage day-to-day operations of government projects

- Ensure profitability and successful execution of existing projects

- Monitor and improve team productivity





- Develop new business opportunities with government bodies related to skill development and international migration

- Scale existing projects and acquire new projects for the organization

- Coordinate internally for smooth project delivery

- Attend meetings with government officials and stakeholders

- Travel within Andhra Pradesh and to Head Office as required

Salary: CTC: ₹75,000 – ₹90,000 per month

Requirements

- Qualification: Degree or Post Graduate (MBA preferred)

- Experience: 8–12 years as a Regional manager

- Experience in Government Projects, CSR Projects, Senior HR roles, International Recruitment, or Liaisoning roles preferred

- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and government stakeholders
