Independent Principal Consultant – Organisation Design & Transformation

Dighe Kulkarni Org Advisors is a boutique consulting firm specialising in Organisation Design, Operating Models, Leadership Development, Leadership Advisory, and Business Transformation. We partner with founder-led businesses, PE-backed firms, and mid-market & large enterprises to build the right systems and capability for scaling and accelerated growth.

We are building a network of experienced consulting and transformation leaders who can independently lead strategic engagements while collaborating with us on delivery and business growth.

Role: Associate Principal Consultant (Independent Consultant)

Location: India

Mumbai preferred but not necessary. Need to be open to travel across the country, as needed.

Experience: 10–15+ years

Engagement Type: Independent / On-Demand Affiliate

What You’ll Do

- Independently lead consulting engagements across Organisation Design, Operating Models, Workforce Strategy, and Transformation.
- Partner with CXOs, founders, business leaders, and HR leadership teams to solve organisation effectiveness challenges.
- Drive strategic problem-solving, solution architecture, and executive facilitation.
- Lead client workshops, diagnostics, governance design, and transformation interventions.
- Contribute to business development, proposal development, and strategic client conversations.
- Anchor specific capability areas, sectors, or transformation themes where relevant.
- Mentor consulting teams and contribute to intellectual capital development.




- Collaborate with the firm as a trusted senior affiliate aligned to our quality and delivery standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Education

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a reputed institute is preferred.

Experience

10–15+ years of experience in:

- Organisation Design
- Operating Models
- Enterprise Transformation
- Workforce Strategy
- Business Transformation
- Organisation Effectiveness
- Prior experience in:
- leading consulting firms,
- specialist advisory firms,
- or strong internal transformation/strategy functions.
- Solid CXO stakeholder management capability and executive presence.

Skills & Capabilities

- Ability to independently originate and lead consulting engagements.
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial orientation.
- Strong facilitation, storytelling, and client advisory capability.
- Deep expertise in one or more transformation or organisation domains.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative working style.
