Role Description
This is a full-time,



in office position located in Trivandrum for a Nursing Manager. The Nursing Manager will oversee nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, adherence to clinical protocols, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include staffing and scheduling, supervising and mentoring nursing teams, implementing training programs, and promoting best practices. The role also includes coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications
Proven expertise in Nursing Management and team leadership
In-depth knowledge of Nursing and Critical Care Medicine
Robust skills in Patient Care and understanding of medical protocols
