Job Title: State Head West Bengal (EV Industry)

Salary: Up to 8 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage complete West Bengal sales operations
- Lead and monitor state sales team
- Dealer & Distributor appointment and management
- Market expansion and business development
- Achieve sales targets for EV (2W & 3W)
- Build robust dealer/client relationships
- Ensure team target achievement

Requirements:

- Minimum 10+ years experience in EV Industry only
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Good dealer network in West Bengal preferred
- Willing to travel across West Bengal
