Desktop Support Engineer

Setup Desktop, Computers, Servers, Peripherals, Cameras and test network connections
Installation of SERVERS , Laptops & printers and troubleshooting skills should be there
Replacement of Faulty Hardware Devices
Desktop, Laptop, Printer Installation & troubleshooting
Knowledge of installation of routers, switches, firwalls.
Understanding of Microsoft services like AD
Daily Activity for Hardware & Networking support
Hardware Fresh Installation/Trouble Shooting for Breakdown
Hands-on experience on Backup Application & Server Hardware should have team handling
experience
Addressing user tickets regarding hardware and networking
Helps in installing applications and computer peripherals
Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
Positive communication, teamwork
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
Customer-oriented attitude




Graduation is mandatory( Any Qualification)
Knowledge of MS Office 365 and outlook troubleshooting of 2019, 2016, 2013 etc.
Experience of using active directory, DNS & DHCP
Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer/ FMS
Conduct remote troubleshooting and test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue
Help create technical documentation and manuals
Hands-on experience with Windows and IMAC
Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers,
laptops and scanners

Knowledge of networks basics configurations, troubleshooting
Basics configurations, troubleshooting anti-virus programs
Must have knowledge about the remote support application like any desk, team viewer, VNC
